The Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP) and the Public Health Student Internship (PHSI) programs are intensive internships that provide an opportunity for outstanding students to participate in cutting edge biomedical and public health research at one of the premier cancer research and treatment institutions in the United States.

The Community Outreach & Education Program (COEP) at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Science Park-Research Division develops and conducts programs to enhance K-12 science education, improve scientific literacy and increase public appreciation of research into the causes and prevention of environmental diseases, including cancer. An important goal of these educational programs is to provide scientifically accurate information that allows teachers and their students to make informed decisions about the environment and their health.

Hurricane season is here. Now is the time to get prepared. We hope we don’t get hit by another hurricane this year. But just in case, we all should be ready now to make sure our families are as safe and secure as possible. One way to be prepared is to have a complete stock of supplies.
